1. What materials are used in Soaprano Crafts products?

  • Our products are made with a blend of 100% natural soy wax and beeswax, high-quality essential oils, and fragrance oils sourced from the USA.

2. Are your candles and soaps handmade?

  • Yes, all of our candles and soaps are 100% handcrafted individually in our studio with materials from qualified suppliers in the USA.

3. Why do my soy candles develop a frosted appearance, and is it something to be concerned about?

  • Frosting is actually a unique and natural effect of using vegetable waxes, especially soy. The wax is trying to return back to its natural form and as a result it begins to crystallize. It doesn't affect the performance of the candle in any way and also means your wax is 100% natural.  

4. Do you offer eco-friendly packaging?

  • Absolutely! All our products come wrapped in eco-friendly paper, and we offer a gift box with a handle as an option.

5. How do I care for my candle?

  • Trim the wick to 6 mm each time before lighting.
  • Do not burn your candle longer than 4 hours at a time.
  • Burn the candle within sight on a heat-resistant surface.
  • Keep away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable objects.
  • Stop using the candle when 1/4" of wax remains.

7. Do you accept corporate orders?

  • Yes, we accept corporate orders. The minimum order is 20 items of one style. Please refer to our corporate orders section for more details.

8. How can I place a corporate order?

  • Choose your desired items, email us for the address form and Credit Card Authorization Form, fill out the addresses, and submit your request to soaprano.crafts@gmail.com. Our support team will assist you with the process.

9. Do you ship internationally?

  • Currently, we ship within the USA, including local delivery in the New England area. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

10. What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns for defective products only.
