Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Handcrafted Items: Since all our products are handmade, please allow additional time for production. This will be noted on the product page if applicable.

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

  • Domestic Shipping (USA):

    • Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
    • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.
    • Enjoy free Economy delivery on orders over $80.

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently ship to selected international locations. Estimated delivery times vary by destination.
    • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
    • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx for our shipments. The carrier used for your order will be determined based on your location and the best available rate and service.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package until it arrives.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. However, if you experience any issues, please contact us at soaprano.crafts@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at soaprano.crafts@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
